Click the book you want. That opens it as a pdf. Click 'File' then 'Save as' and select where you want to save it on your computer - e.g 'Desktop'. It should open with 'Bookmarks' as a panel on the left of your screen. You need this to give you easy links to the contents. If it doesn't show, there should be an icon on the left of your screen in Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can click to open Bookmarks.
