Studio Place

Map

Studio Place is quite a narrow passage off the west side of Kinnerton Street near its northern junction with Wilton Place. In fact, it is almost as if the entrance was knocked through someone's living room, because you pass underneath part of a house.

Once inside Studio Place it is an attractive little cul-de-sac, with no room for cars. There are small houses on either side, all quite small, but with gates and a profusion of plants.

Some houses have benches in front of them. (One is specifically named Lynford's Bench - presumably a local resident.)

At the end is Bradbrook House, built in the mid-19th century, a block of flats with an imposing entrance using Ionic motifs, surrounded by a mass of potted plants.

No. 4 is an attractive house with shuttered windows and an attractive fig tree in front.

Studio Place is a mixture of business premises and residential.
