Queensdale Place

Queensdale Place is a cul-de-sac which runs just off Queensdale Road. It is a delightful and quiet backwater. The houses are Victorian terraced houses on two storeys with brick and stucco facades.

The west side has terraced brick cottages.  At the end of the road is a very attractive small modern development, partly brick and partly stucco, with a small courtyard whose central feature is a rather attractive tree.

On the east side there are some nice half stucco/half painted 3-storey houses.  Some are rather charmingly covered in creeper.

One house has an indoor swimming pool.  The street is very quiet and has a delightful village atmosphere. In fact, it is one of the nicest small streets in Holland Park.
